1. December 2007: HABITAT Magazine features the ENERGUARD in the December 2007 publication.
Following the article PEPCO places 6 months of full page ads.

2. April 2007: PEPCO receives $190,000 contract to install 7 ENERGUARDS at Village View Housing Complex, 1,200 families with seven (7) twenty-four floor building and one (1) Central Heating Plant paid for by NYSERDA. PEPCO is hired to step in to this job and complete the work started by another vendor who failed to deliver.

3. January 2006: PEPCO enters in to a marketing agreement with Castle Oil to market the ENERGUARD, HEAT-MASTER and BOILERGUARD™ to its customers.

4. December 2005: PEPCO completes an ENERGUARD installation at Carol Gardens in the Bronx, NY.
This project is two buildings with one boiler room (2 boilers & vacuum system with 2 zones) with 234 units. This is a CEC/NYSERDA project.

5. December 2005: PEPCO is named as the preferred EMS supplier to COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENTAL CENTER/
NEW YORK STATE ENERGY RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CEC/NYSERDA) under the AMP program for Energy Management in residential housing.

6. December 2005: PEPCO completes installation of (2) 5 sensor ENERGUARD systems at Forest Green Luxury Apartments in West Islip, NY.
Fuel savings exceeded 40%. This will lead to the purchase of 10 additional ENERGUARD systems at $120,000.

7. November 2004: PEPCO completes an ENERGUARD installation at Executive Towers in the Bronx, NY.
This is a 450 unit residential building with two 500 HP boilers, two 700 ton chillers and a cooling tower on the roof.
The system controls the heating and cooling and has documented significant fuel reduction while creating total tenant comfort.

8. November 2004: Company is awarded first contract to install ENERGUARD in Kowal House Apartments from Community Environmental Center (CEC).
CEC is funded by NYSERDA. CEC furnishes and installs energy efficient equipment in large multi-dwelling apartments under contract with the state of New York.

9. August 2004: The HEAT-MASTER received approval from NYCHA as an acceptable equal to HEAT-TIMER product.

10. December 2002: PEPCO installed its largest wireless ENERGUARD system in the Schwab House, a landmark residential apartment complex located on
New York’s upper west side. The Company competed against Heat Timer Co. of Fairfield NJ for the job.
PEPCO was awarded the job based on technical advancements only available in the ENERGUARD.
The installation included over 100 Wireless Temperature Sensors and direct control (Lead\Lag and Burner Modulation) of 3 new boilers.

11. October 1998: PEPCO presented with national award from Energy Users News for innovation in controls with installation of
the first ENERGUARD in PARK PLACE TOWERS, two large 300 family apartment towers.
