TIMOTHY P. LYNCH
As founder of PEPCO, Mr. Lynch directs all technical phases of the company including product development and software engineering. As President and CEO of Peconic Energy & Environmental, Mr. Lynch has been responsible for the installation and supervision of over 50,000 points used for various building automation and energy management applications for the HVAC market. Early in the development stages of the company’s products Mr. Lynch developed the BMOS™ system using programmable logic controllers to calculate on-line the cost to produce 1,000 lbs of steam for use by MAXWELL HOUSE COFFEE. Mr. Lynch has in depth knowledge of mechanical systems used for heating, ventilating and air conditioning.
Prior to forming PECONIC, Mr. Lynch was employed as Vice-President of the Fuel-Amplifier Corporation, a company he co-founded with his father Vincent Lynch in 1978. The Fuel-Amplifier was patented by the Lynch’s and designed to improve the combustion efficiency of fossil fuel. Mr. Lynch worked on the development, installation and sales of over 3,000 FUEL-AMPLIFIER systems through the formation of a dealer organization with sales nationally and internationally.
CHRIS SAUL
Mr. Saul began working for PECONIC in 1996 as a field service technician. Mr. Saul became Vice-President of Operations for PEPCO in 2005 and he is currently responsible for engineering, product testing, product commissioning and supervising the Remote Monitoring Operation. Mr. Saul has in depth knowledge of H.V.A.C. systems and is skilled in applying complex level software algorithms, programming and the creation of color graphical interface for the PEPCO product line.

HECTOR RIVERA
Sr. Software Programmer responsible to incorporate upgrades to all systems including graphics.
Mr. Rivera is also responsible for remote monitoring of all building systems.
