SCHWAB HOUSE: 11 Riverside Drive, New York, NY: 
The ENERGUARD™ system controls three 350HP steam boilers, ten steam riser valves with 105 wireless temperature sensors (5 for each zone plus Domestic Hot Water, Condensate Return, Coil and Stack) that maintain heat to 635 apartments in the building.

825 FIFTH AVE., New York, NY: 
The ENERGUARD™ system controls three steam risers to 23 floors.  Each floor is a single residence and the steam is supplied by Con Edison. 

EXECUTIVE TOWERS: 1020 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY: 
The ENERGUARD™ system controls two 500HP steam boilers and two 300 ton steam absorbers. The system automatically controls the heating and cooling for 450 apartments. This installation saved over $ 90,000 of # 2 Fuel the first year.

FORDHAM UNIVERSITY: Lincoln Center Campus, New York, NY: 
The ENERGUARD™ system controls two 350HP steam boilers and the heat for the student dormitory which is a 23 story building. 

MORNINGSIDE HEIGHTS HOUSING CORPORATION: 80 LaSalle Street, NY: 
The ENERGUARD™ is installed in several locations throughout the campus. In the Central Heating Plant the ENERGUARD™ controls and monitors 3 make-up water pumps by continuously cycling the lead pump after 8 hours of runtime. In building 70 PEPCO furnished and installed 13 new full throat fully proportional modulating zone valves to balance the heat distribution in this MEPCO vacuum steam building. The ENERGUARD™ receives apartment temperature data from the INTECH21 system via modbus. Management can adjust the temperature in each line to maintain balanced heat delivery throughout the entire building. Other projects include soft starting over 40 fans in common areas throughout the entire campus. Real time monitoring and control is accessible through WEB BASED custom color graphics.

NEW YORK UNIVERSITY (NYU): New York, NY: 
NYU has specified the ENERGUARD™ system in a boiler replacement project for three buildings owned by NYU. 

COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENTAL CENTER (CEC):
New York State Energy Research Development Authority (NYSERDA). CEC is funded by NYSERDA and purchases Energy Management Systems for multi-family residential buildings through out New York State. The ENERGUARD™ WIRELESS HEAT COMPUTER is the system chosen by CEC for these buildings. 

THE CENTURY: 25 CENTRAL PARK WEST, New York, NY:
This Condominium has 460 units which are heated by steam from a central steam plant consisting of three 300HP boilers. The ENERGUARD™ controls 3 boilers and multiple steam valves based on feedback from wireless temperature strategically positioned through out the building.

The ENERGUARD™ system automatically controls the heating and cooling to the Business Development Center, Presidents Suite and Physical Plant Office. 

TRITON REALTY: Brooklyn, NY: 
The ENERGUARD™ system is installed in Five (5) Multi-Family Residential Apartment  buildings. Since the installations tenants have said that last year their windows had to be kept open to overcome the excessive heat. Now that is not necessary. Fuel Savings exceed 20%.

ANCHORS AWAY REALTY: Queens, NY: 
The HEAT-MASTER™ system is installed in two 50 unit Apartment Buildings. Fuel Savings exceed 20% in both buildings.

BAYRIDGE MANAGEMENT CORPORATION: Brooklyn, NY: 
The ENERGUARD™ system has been installed in Six (6) Multi-Family apartment buildings managed by Bay Ridge. Mr. Whitmore has documented fuel savings between 28.7% to 42.6% Fuel Deliveries are monitored via the ENERGUARD™ and compared to fuel delivery tickets from oil company to confirm receipt of all the oil that is purchased.  The ENERGUARD™ reports the daily fuel usage and gallons of fuel remaining in the tank.

MILLBROOK SCHOOL: Millbrook NY: 
The ENERGUARD™ was installed in Case Hall, a dormitory building on campus. The system controls two boilers and five zone valves. 

VILLAGE VIEW HOUSING: 175 East 4th Street, New York, NY: 
The complex consists of seven buildings with 1,200 apartments. The ENERGUARD™ system controls four 500 HP Boilers in main power plant. The system also controls seven (one in each building) modulating Vari-Vac steam valves that send the steam to the apartments for heat.     

CARAMOOR MUSIC CENTER: Katonah, NY:
Century old wall coverings inside the museum led to the use of wireless space temperature sensors. Control of the heat is accomplished using zone control valves that modulate to maintain precise space temperatures. Two (2) boilers are set up as lead lag. If the lead boiler fails or cannot maintain temperature the lag boiler is commanded on. When all zone valves are closed the boilers shut down. Facility supply water temperature is reset based on the number of wireless sensors reporting below set point (e.g. hotter water (160degs) is pumped to the building when the majority of the sensors report they are below set point. If one sensor reports below set point 110 deg water is supplied, no matter what the out door air temperature reads.

MAXWELL HOUSE COFFEE:
Furnished and Installed the BMOS™ (Boiler Management Optimization System) on (1) 70,000 klbs and (1) 60,000 klbs pr hr boiler. The optimization led to a reduction in real-time steam production cost of .22 cents per thousand klbs of steam. The plant generates 5,250,000 lbs of steam per week. The saving paid for the system in just over 6 months. References upon request.

KAUFMAN ORGANIZATION: New York NY: 
Several midtown office buildings owned and operated by the KAUFMAN organization are controlled and monitored via the ENERGUARD. Boiler and Steam plant operation is controlled using feedback from wireless temperature sensors located in tenant offices.
