SERVICE CONTRACTS:
PEPCO service and service contracts include Hourly Service, Labor Only Service Contacts, 100% Parts and Labor Service Contracts, Multiyear Service Agreements, Season Start-up and Job Re-Commissioning.

REMOTE MONITORING SERVICE:
PEPCO provides 24 hour monitoring of any Facility including the Heating and Cooling Plant , Space Temperatures, Burner Runtime, Burner Cycle Time, Make-Up Water Usage, High Stack Temperature, Etc… Problems such as heating equipment failure, High Burner Runtime or CRITICAL ALARMS are detected within minutes.PEPCO notifies the customer of the problem quickly and timely to avoid catastrophic problems.

UTILITY METERING AND MONITORING:
PEPCO monitors and reports Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual consumption of all Utilities including Domestic Water Usage, Gas Usage, Electric Consumption and Peak Demand and Steam Consumption and Demand. Customers can download the DATA for use in popular spreadsheet programs. The data are uploaded to the PEPCOserver each day. Customers can Log-In to download the DATA. .

FINANCING PLANS:
PEPCO works with its customers to secure Federal, State and Local Government Rebate Money or Low Interest Loans where possible. PEPCO is a recognized as a NYSERDA participant and seeks various ways to finance energy conservation projects.

PEPCO will offer Leasing terms of three to ten years with no money down to qualified owners to allow property owners to realize positive cash flow upon installation
of PEPCO products.
The Company also offers a Performance Contracts whereby the customer pays for the system through remitting a portion of the verified savings to the Company.
